Noa BlassMusicYogaEducationHebrew Version
Music As a comoser, Noa wrote various musical pieces and even performed some of them in concerts in Israel and abroad and in studio recordings. Noa's music can be listened to as ordinary musical pieces, but many of them have meditative qualities. The music has a central part in the educational methods and Yoga and meditation exercises Noa developed, and some of the recordings accompany the books she wrote.
